Withdrawing your balance to your card

You can send your balance back to the card you paid with.

1. Open Wallet, then Withdraw.
2. Pick an amount. The screen shows what you can withdraw, and the minimum is 5 EUR.
3. Confirm. Stripe takes its processing fee for that payment. We charge nothing.

The money arrives in 5 to 10 business days.

Reward credit and older payments can't be withdrawn, but you can still spend them on games.

Only you can start a withdrawal. Cristiano and the team can't do it for you.
