Deleting your account

Go to You, Delete account. The app shows what will be cancelled, what you get refunded and what you lose, then asks for a code we text you. Deleting is permanent.

• Your upcoming bookings are cancelled, with the normal cancellation rules.
• The part of your balance you can withdraw goes back to the card you paid with, minus Stripe's fee.
• Balance you can't withdraw, like reward credit, is lost. The screen shows how much before you confirm.
• Your profile and activity are deleted. We keep payment records without your name, because Portuguese tax law says we have to.

You can't delete your account while a payment or a withdrawal is still going through, or while you're the captain of an upcoming game.
