Your wallet balance and top-ups

Your wallet is your PrimePlay credit. Top it up by card from Wallet. Payments go through Stripe, so we never see or keep your full card number.

• You can top up from 10 EUR to 500 EUR.
• Refunds from cancelled bookings land in your balance.
• It doesn't expire while your account is active.
• You can only spend it on PrimePlay, and you can't send it to another player.
