When PrimePlay cancels a game

If we cancel a game, everyone who booked gets all their money back in their balance, no fee. We send you a notification too.

• Not enough players. If one of our games has fewer than 10 players an hour before kickoff, it's cancelled automatically. Training sessions never are.
• Pitch can't be played on. We play in the rain. We only call a game off if the pitch is unplayable.
• The venue pulls out. If a venue takes the pitch away for reasons we can't control, you choose: a full refund, or a place in a rescheduled game.
