Card fees, bank transfers and top-ups

Paying from your balance has no fee. Neither does topping up by bank transfer.

Paying by card adds a transaction fee of 1.5% + 0.25 EUR to the amount. You see the fee line and the total before you pay. The fee goes to the card processor, so it isn't refunded if you cancel. The rest is, under the usual rules.

Top up by bank transfer. In Wallet, choose Bank transfer. You get your own IBAN. Send any amount from your bank and it lands in your balance by itself, usually within a few minutes with an instant transfer and up to 1 to 2 business days otherwise. No fee.

Money added by bank transfer can't be withdrawn back to your bank or card. Use it to play.
