Cancellations in hosted games
Every game has the same refund rule, hosted or ours. A hosted game under half full 6 hours before kickoff is cancelled and everyone is refunded.

One rule for every game, hosted or ours:

| More than 48 hours before kickoff | 100% |
| 12 to 48 hours before kickoff | the price minus 1.00 EUR |
| 4 to 12 hours before kickoff | 50% |
| Less than 4 hours before kickoff | nothing |
You don't choose another rule. Players see it before they pay. More in Cancelling a booking.
Not enough players. A hosted game under half full 6 hours before kickoff is cancelled, and every player who paid gets a full refund.
If you cancel your game, every player who paid through PrimePlay gets a full refund.
After you were credited. If a player is refunded after your earnings were credited, your share of it comes off your earnings.
Free games and games paid at the pitch have nothing to refund.
