Cancellation & refund policy
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before kickoff — cancel in the app and you're refunded in full. Inside 48 hours, the cancellation policy applies.

Cancellation closes 30 minutes before the game’s official kickoff time.
No-show policy. Players who register but do not attend, and do not cancel, are tracked under our community no-show system. Repeated no-shows lead to temporary or permanent suspension, as described on our {rulesLink}.
Cancellation by PrimePlay. If we cancel a game (e.g., due to insufficient players, weather, or venue issues), all registered players receive a full refund to their wallet balance, with no fees, and a notification via the channel used for that game.
Cancellation by venue. If a venue cancels access for reasons beyond our control, we will offer either a full refund or a place at a rescheduled game, at your option.
