The Game Captain Role

Game Captains are the backbone of every PrimePlay session. You'll balance teams, keep the energy positive, and make sure every player has a great experience on the pitch.

What you'll do

• —Check players in and balance teams for fair matches
• —Keep games flowing with positive energy
• —Collect and clean bibs after each session

What you'll get

• —Play for free — every session you captain is on us
• —Early access to new events and tournaments
• —Captain badge on your player profile
• —Build your network — know every regular by name

Who we're looking for

Players who show up consistently, know the community, and care about the quality of every game. You don't need to be the best player — you need to be someone others trust and respect.
